- Easier Permitting: Constructing off-site using a modular design allows for an easier process for obtaining the building permits. You still have the ability to change the facia materials or signage to work with local zoning requirements. The process is 90% complete at the factory.

It can take as little as 6 -8 weeks to build one of these modular units, whereas constructing a restaurant from scratch usually takes months.
